One of my uncle’s friend is a doctor, actually he’s been a physician for as long as I can remember! And he was working as a physician in a popular hospital for years, he was quite satisfied with the position and the salary until a vacancy in a medical consultancy position became available!

However, before he was to become a medical consult, he should pass a series of interviews!  In preparation for these interviews, he took a medical teaching course wherein he would learn all he needs to know about management training, interview skills training and medical education training. AS a consultant, he needs to take a medical teaching course for doctors, meaning he needs to take the teach the teacher course. Why? Because when he becomes a consultant he will be handling resident doctors that he needs to teach.  And undergoing training about medical teach the teacher course for doctors, will surely help him get the position and salary he deserves!
